01 / The Return Window

DOERS APPAREL enforces a strict 14-day protocol for all standard returns and exchanges. The timeline initiates the moment your tracking data confirms the delivery of the asset.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days will be automatically rejected by the system.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

02 / Asset Condition Requirements

Returned items must be received in pristine, factory-grade condition to be successfully processed. Quality Control will inspect all incoming assets.

  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original technical labeling and tags must remain securely attached.
  • Items smelling of smoke, cologne, or showing signs of wear will be returned to the sender.

03 / Exchange Protocol

Need a different size or configuration? Exchanges are executed based on current inventory availability at the time the original item is received at our facility.

Due to the limited nature of DOERS drops (e.g., O Dog Operators, Lowdown & Slippery), exact replacements cannot be guaranteed. If the requested asset is offline, a store credit or refund will be issued.

04 / Non-Returnable Assets

Certain items are classified as FINAL SALE and bypass standard return protocols:

  • Limited edition collaboration drops.
  • Clearance and discounted items.
  • Headwear and specific accessories (for hygienic compliance).
