01 / Processing Timelines

Once a transaction is verified, the order enters our queue. All acquisitions are processed and prepared for deployment within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and classified holidays).

  • Processing time is separate from the transit time of the logistics carrier.
  • During high-volume events (e.g., New Drops, Archive Clearances), processing times may be extended.

02 / Domestic Logistics (Canada)

We deploy assets nationwide. All orders originating within Canada are subject to domestic transit networks.

  • Orders exceeding $120 CAD automatically qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
  • Upgraded, expedited vectors are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Standard transit times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on territorial proximity.

03 / International Deployment

Global shipping is operational. However, international transmissions are subject to external variables outside of DOERS Apparel's control.

  • Customs & Duties: The operator (customer) is strictly liable for all import duties, customs taxes, and local tariffs levied by the destination territory.
  • DOERS Apparel will not falsify customs documents or declare packages as "Gifts."
  • Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned shipments.

04 / Asset Tracking

Upon physical deployment, a secure tracking cipher will be transmitted to your registered email terminal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the logistics grid to sync and update your package status.

05 / Liability & Intercepts

Our responsibility for the physical asset transfers to the logistics carrier the moment it leaves our facility.

  • Ensure your destination coordinates (shipping address) are 100% accurate before finalizing the transaction.
  • Once a package is logged as "Delivered" by the carrier, DOERS Apparel relinquishes all liability.
  • We are not responsible for intercepted, stolen, or misplaced assets after confirmed delivery.
